Entries for the Windhoek Lager Fish River Canyon Ultra will open online at 8:00 on 1 December 2011. Entries are limited to 100 competitors.

Important Entry Information:
- Upon clicking the link below, you will be re-directed to the event entry page.
- In order to enter the event and make the online payment, you need to be registered with “Entry Tickets” who are an online entry and payment facilitator.
- In order to do this, follow the “Register Now” link on the event entry page and you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address as well as a password.
- Once you have done that you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm the fact that you have registered with “Entry Tickets” and there will be a link in the e-mail that you will need to click to complete this process.
- Once you have completed the above process, you will be directed to the events entry page and upon clicking the link to register for the event will be prompted to login with your e-mail and password.
- Once logged in, you will be prompted to fill in your relevant information and then that of your team mate whereafter you will be directed to the payment page.
Important notes regarding the online payment process:
- You will be offered two options for making your payment i.e EFT (electronic funds transfer) or Credit Card
- The credit card process is straight forward and based on most other online payment processes.
- The EFT option does pose some limitations. FNB and Standard Bank appear to be fine, but we have experienced problems with Nedbank Namibia and Bank Windhoek clients. These banks do not seem to allow EFT payments as an option to enter. If you bank with these banks (or another bank where you experience problems paying via EFT) and you do not posses a credit card, you can pay using your debit card as follows:
- Select the option to pay via credit card
- Select the type of card eg Visa, Mastercard, etc
- Follow the steps as if paying by credit card using your debit card account number
- Select the option of “0″ for budget period
- Your payment will be processed using your debit card account
After registration and payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming your entry. In this e-mail you will be given a link to view your online “ticket” which you will need to print and produce at the race registration. This ticket can be printed at any stage before the event and therefore if you wish to print it later (or lose it) you can always go back and print it again.
